Having problm installin singular in Win7

Hi All,
I am having problem installing Singular on my machine with Win7. I have downloaded 200MB full setup file and every time I am trying to run, it works fine in Extraction phase and then the installer is coming but when I am clicking on install, it shows the progress bar and starts, but very quickly crashes without giving any message. Please help.

Singular is shipped with cygwin. Just install cygwin from

and select singular packages

for install.

Unfortunately, latest available version seems 3.1.3
