Cannot running SINGULAR under Emacs

Hi,

I have windows 10 system and Singular 4-1-2 and Emacs 26.3
but I could not run Singular under Emacs.
When I open Cygwin terminal and write ESingular, I got this messege:

Error: cannot find emacs or xamecs executable.
Expected it at /usr/bin/emacs.exe or /usr/bin/xemacs.exe.
Specify alternative with -- emacs option.
or set WSINGULAR_EMACS environment variables.

Note: singular works without any problem without using Emacs.

Please any help?

Emacs must be installed by cygwin - other ports of emacs to windows
do not cooperate correctly with Singular (different simulation of signals)
